In this interview, Steve Kirsch, executive director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund, reviews some of the COVID jab data hes presented to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention during various meetings.
For example, during the September 17, 2021, FDA VRBPAC (Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee) meeting,1Kirsch cited data suggesting 1 in 317 boys aged 16 to 17 will get myocarditis from the shots, and after a third booster, that number may be even higher. He also cited data showing the Pfizer shot kills far more people than it saves. Ill provide more details about that below.
Kirsch didnt come into this due to some preconceived opinion about vaccines. He and his family have all received two doses of the COVID jab. It wasnt until after the fact that he started hearing about problems from others that he started taking deep dives into the data. He explains:
After I got vaccinated, a woman asked me, Should I get vaccinated? And I said, Of course, you should. This is the safest thing ever. Nobodys died and there are no side effects. Youve got to get this modern technology. Im singing from the hymn book.
And then she said something that threw me off course because I said, Why are you asking such a stupid question? And she said, Well, three of my relatives got the vaccine and they died within a week. I said, No, no, that cant be true. Theres no way that can happen.
Im trying to convince her that shes mistaken, that it must have been something else. I wrote her saying, Statistically, you cant have three people dying from the vaccine, which doesnt kill anyone. And she wrote back and she said, Yeah, but theyre dead.
That was a game-changing moment for me but I was still in denial I was operating [from the position] that the FDA is still operating the same [conservative] way [they used to before], but theyre not nor did I understand that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is now mission driven, and the mission is to get a needle in every arm. My trust was in the agencies.
The next incident involved my carpet cleaner, Tim Damroth. He showed up wearing a mask. And Im saying, Hey, you should all get vaccinated. Once you get vaccinated you dont have to wear a mask. And he said, Well, I did get vaccinated, but I had an extreme reaction. I had a heart attack two minutes after I got injected. He also described that his wife had [developed] Parkinsons-like symptoms. Her left hand was shaking uncontrollably.
The Price Truth-Tellers Pay
The data are ultimately what convinced him that people must be told the truth about these shots because, without that, they cannot give informed consent. Hes sacrificed a lot to do just that, including professional relationships and millions of dollars in lost income.
I basically put my life on hold and started looking in the various databases and talking to people to understand what was going on,Kirsch says.And every place I looked, [the truth] became more clear to me. And so, on May 25, 2021, I wrote this 250-page article for TrialSiteNews. It may be the longest article for TrialSiteNews ever published.
When I wrote that article, within a week, every member of my [COVID-19 Early Treatment Funds] scientific advisory board quit there were 14 scientists from all over the United States and in different fields with different expertise. They said I was an evil person and that they never wanted to talk to me again in their life.
I pleaded with them, saying, Look, if Ive got the analysis wrong, then tell why cant you tell me where I got it wrong. And they wouldnt say anything. They just said, the vaccines are safe and I should be ashamed of myself.
Kirsch also created and submitted a 177-page PDF slideshow to the October 26, 2021, VRBPAC hearing, titled, Questions About the COVID Vaccine.2Its an absolute treasure trove of information and I would encourage you to review this great resource that he is updating in real time.
VAERS Data Likely Off by Factor of 41
In his video, Vaccine Secrets: COVID Crisis,3the first episode of The False Narrative Takedown Series, Kirsch explains how to estimate COVID jab mortality, which he and a team of statisticians have done based on a variety of sources, including but not limited to the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).
Kirsch estimates VAERS reporting is off by a factor of 41, and that anywhere from 150,000 to 300,000 Americans have died from the COVID shots.
We looked at eight different ways and VAERS is just one of the ways. So, when people say, You cant use VAERS for this, you cant [calculate] causality [based on VAERS data], Im saying, Fine. We got the same answer using seven other ways.
In the VAERS analysis, we determined that VAERS was under-reported by a factor of 41, which is quite reasonable Ten years ago we had a system where we could actually discover all the unreported things in VAERS, and they discovered VAERS was severely underreported by as much as 95 times. Vaccines that we thought were safe, theyre not safe at all. So, what did they do? They killed the project.
So, the reason that we have such a bad system today is that it is intentional. If we had a good system, it would show all the flaws for all of these vaccines that weve been giving people.
The system is clearly intentionally designed from a technical standpoint to radically decrease the number of cases entered. It takes more than 30 minutes to complete a single report and you cant save it until completed, so if you walk away and get timed-out, you have to start all over.
Kirsch knows a neurologist in California who claims to have 2,000 COVID jab-injured patients (out of a client base of 20,000), but shes only filed two reports to VAERS. She doesnt have time for the rest. So, shes under-reporting by a factor of 1,000. Also, while doctors are required by law to file adverse event reports, theres no enforcement, and no punishment for not filing.
It is also important to note that no one is paid to enter this data. That could be a part time job for most clinicians, were they to responsibly report all the side effects and deaths.
COVID Shots Are Far Deadlier Than the Infection
Overall, his teams calculations suggest were killing 411 people per million doses (and remember Moderna and Pfizer are both two-dose regimens), worldwide. And thats just the short-term mortality. We still have no concept of how these shots might impact mortality in the longer term.
To put things into further perspective, October 21, 2021, an Italian investigation found that by changing the COVID mortality definition to only include cases where COVID-19 was the primary cause of death and there were no comorbidities decreased the death toll by 97%, from 130,000 to fewer than 4,000.
Kirsch believes the real death tally from COVID-19 in the U.S. may be about 50% of the reported number. This means about 380,000 Americans died from COVID-19 (rather than with COVID), whereas the COVID vaccine has killed as many as 300,000. In other words, its possible that the cure may be worse than the disease.
COVID Shot Is the Deadliest Vaccine Ever Created
It gets even worse though. In Pfizers childrens trial, one of the participants, 12-year-old Maddie De Garay, suffered a number of devastating events, including paralysis. This side effect was misreported, however, and put down as abdominal pain. Neither the FDA nor the CDC has investigated the case, despite promising to do so. Pfizer has refused to investigate it as well.
In the youth trial, 1 out of 1,131 children was paralyzed. Meanwhile, Pfizers adult trial shows that the shot saves one COVID death for every 22,000 fully-vaccinated people. But for children, its estimated we need to fully vaccinate over 630,000 kids to save one life. That means we may permanently disable as many as 557 kids per life saved. Meanwhile, theres not a single report of a healthy child dying from SARS-CoV-2 infection anywhere in the world.
This means the number needed to vaccinate to save one otherwise healthy child from COVID death is actually infinite, as theyre not dying from COVID to begin with. There simply is no doubt that in children, the COVID shot is no benefit and all risk. Kirsch notes:
Dr. Paul Offit was interviewed 20 years ago on CBS 60 Minutes, and he said the smallpox vaccine is so dangerous that we would never consider doing that in modern times. Its the most dangerous vaccine ever invented and the smallpox vaccines only kills one person per every million-people vaccinated, which is a lot.
You vaccinate 300 million people, youre going to kill 300 people. That is unacceptable according to Offit, but he just voted for a vaccine that kills 822 people per million fully vaccinated [assuming a two-dose regimen].
That means these COVID vaccines are over 800 times deadlier than the deadliest vaccine in human history. So, this isnt a close call. These vaccines are the deadliest vaccines ever created by man. And theyre promoted as safe and effective.
COVID Shot Gets Deadlier the Younger You Are
Based on a request from Dr. Peter McCullough, Kirsch also analyzed COVID jab mortality based on age using the VAERS data. For 80-year-olds, he found we kill two people to save one. For 20-year-olds, we kill six to save one.
The younger you are, the greater the risk. The Kostoff analysis4found this general pattern as well. Ronald N. Kostoff is a research affiliate in Gainesville, Virginia, who in 2016 wrote an expert review on under-reporting of adverse events in the biomedical literature.5
In a review published in October 2021, Kostoff found five elderly are killed by the shots for each elderly person saved, and the ratios get worse as you go down in age. That said, the vaccines dont make sense for any age group, which is exactly the same thing I found independently, Kirsch says.
Nobody should get these vaccines. There is no cost-benefit analysis that I have seen that shows it is beneficial I mean, youre not going to take an intervention that is just as likely to kill you as to save you.
You want to take an intervention which is at least 10 times more likely to save you than to kill you, because its an optional intervention. What kind of business do you have taking an intervention which has a marginal benefit for a completely unknown short- and long-term risk profile?
The other thing I want to say is that, the societal benefit argument, people are saying, Youre selfish because you didnt get vaccinated. Well, thats irrational.
Have you ever seen a CDC analysis showing you the societal benefit of being vaccinated? It doesnt exist. And theres a reason it doesnt exist, because the societal benefit would be so tiny that its ludicrous. Today, we know the vaccinated are as likely to spread the virus as the unvaccinated. So where is the societal benefit?
If there are no downsides [to the shot], then people would say, sure, maybe theres some societal benefit. Ill do that. But here your life is at stake and the data show that roughly 1 in 1,000 will get killed by these vaccines. So, if I say, hey, suppose sacrificing your life could save 100 person years (e.g., 10 people given another 10 years of life).
When I asked this live in a clubhouse room with a few hundred people, nobody raised their hand to volunteer to do that to sacrifice their life to save 100 person years. And I said, OK, what about 1,000 person years? If you could sacrifice your life to save people 1,000 person years, would you do it? Nobody would do that. Its nonsensical.
We have a constitutional right to life And I dont think youre being selfish about it. You have a family, you have friends, you have loved ones, you have people you interact with Why would I ask you to sacrifice your life? To save people you dont know?
Everybody has their own special way that they contribute to society. Why would we ever ask somebody to [sacrifice their life for a potential social benefit]? Maybe we should ask Joe Biden, Joe, if you could give up your life to save 1,000 person-years, would you do that? It would be very interesting to see what he says.
CDC Performs Statistical Magic, Again
Countering all of this data we have a recent CDC analysis,6which concluded that people who get the COVID shot are two-thirds less likely to die of any cause.
I sent Janet Woodcock my deck of 180 questions. I said, Janet, I bet you cant answer any of these 180 questions. Doesnt this concern you? She sends back an email saying, Look at the CDC analysis, showing that after you get the jab, theres this two-thirds drop in mortality.
My friends and I, when we saw in that paper, we were laughing our heads off over here. The stats on 18- to 44-year-olds [show] 35% die from accidents. The rest die from disease cancer, heart disease, whatever.
The only way to get a two-thirds reduction [in all-cause mortality] is if nobody dies from anything anymore any disease and we also reduce the number of accidents that they have This is the immortality drug. All kidding aside, theres no mechanism of action that could possibly justify that people are going to be better off from a health perspective after getting these vaccinations. Zero.
Nothing is improved. You are not immortal. You are just the opposite; your immune system is compromised. Youre also more likely to get COVID. In the U.K., the government numbers show that 40-year-olds, after the honeymoon period is over, were more than twice as likely to get infected if they were vaccinated.
In the U.S., you have hospitals where you have a 50% community vaccination rate and the hospital admissions are 90% vaccinated people. You cant make these statistics up.
In fact, the CDC was confronted by these statistics by Aaron Siri, who wrote about it on his substack, and they just ignored them. So, they make up stuff [and] this paper shows the CDC can put out anything and as long as it has that little CDC logo on it, people are going to believe it no matter how ridiculous it is.
And nobody in the medical community criticized it. I wrote a very popular article about it on my substack entitled, FDA Discovers Fountain of Youth.
Biggest Fraud in History
All things considered, the COVID vaccination campaign is the biggest medical fraud in modern history. As Kirsch says, its a house of cards, held together by belief in data that arent there and avoidance of confronting the safety signals in the VAERS system and other studies that dont comport with the narrative.
They even avoided the determination of one of the worlds top pathologists (Peter Schirmacher) that at least 30% to 40% of the deaths two weeks post-vaccine were caused by the vaccine. The still claim there are no deaths that have been attributed to the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. Thats ridiculous.
Ive never seen anything like this, and Ive never heard of anything like this because the conspirators who are telling this false narrative are all the three-letter agencies under the Department of Health and Human Services the FDA, CDC and NIH.
Theyre all in on it, Congress is all in on it, mainstream medias all in on it, and the medical community is all in on it. They cant afford to back down now because they are in it too deep. It would be too embarrassing to them.
We have been saying for months, You guys have to look at the VAERS data, and they have been ignoring and censoring us rather than engaging us with dialogue and none of these people will engage us in dialogue.
We tell the so-called fact checkers where to look and what questions to ask the CDC to verify our stories and they never follow up. The fact checkers all refuse to get on a recorded phone or Zoom call since they dont want to be exposed as being biased.
One strategy for changing this is that were going to run a series of ads. Each of the ads will feature a unique personality, like a Dr. Peter McCullough, a sports figure, doctors, victims and so on. Theyll relate their personal anecdotes for whats happened to them. And they will say, Look, before you get vaccinated, check the facts. Listen to the other side of the story.
Its a reasonable ask. And well direct them where to go to hear the side of the story that the mainstream media arent allowing them to hear. And then we let them make up their own mind. People arent hearing the other side of the story, and the White House is helping suppress it. When the White House has a hit list of censorship, its very clear what is going on. When in history have we done that?
Do you ever see McCullough on CNN? No, because they want to give you only one side and theyre deliberately giving you only one side of it, and they know it. If they want to give the impression they are balanced, theyll pick someone who isnt an expert and interview them. Robert Malone is never going to be on CNN. Malone invented the mRNA vaccine and yet he doesnt qualify to talk about it on CNN?
America used to be a country that embraced a diversity of views, and you had freedom of speech, you had freedom to express your opinion. You had the freedom to tell the truth. No more. That freedom has been taken away.
If you dont agree with the mainstream narrative, youre silenced. And so, what were going to do is run the series of ads, and well only be able to run it on alternate media because the mainstream media wont run our ads because the ads encourage people to hear the other side of the issue.

My motivation is a 100% on saving lives. Thats my reward in life. If I can save one life, my life was worth living. If I can save 100 lives, even better. If I can save 100,000 lives, that is more meaningful than anything Ive ever done or will do.

Reports of deaths and serious injuries from the COVID-19 jabs have been mounting with breakneck rapidity. Those who look at the numbers and have some awareness of historical vaccine injury rates agree weve never seen anything like it, anywhere in the world. While data can be hard to come by for some countries, the ones we can check reveal deeply troubling patterns.
United States As of June 11, 2021, the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) had posted 358,379 adverse events,1including 5,993 deaths and 29,871 serious injuries. In the 12- to 17-year-old age group, there were 271 serious injuries2and seven deaths. Among pregnant women, there were 2,136 adverse events, including 707 miscarriages or premature births.3
All of these are bound to be undercounts as, historically, less than 10% of vaccine side effects are reported to VAERS.4An investigation by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services put it as low as 1%.5,6
Be that as it may, the reported rate of death from COVID-19 shots now exceeds the reported death rate of more than 70 vaccines combined over the past 30 years, and its about 500 times deadlier than the seasonal flu vaccine,7which historically has been the most hazardous.
The COVID shots are also five times more dangerous than the pandemic H1N1 vaccine, which had a 25-per-million severe side effect rate.8,9Assuming the COVID shots had the same side effect rate, and assuming some 200 million got the vaccine, the estimated number of people suffering a serious side effect would be about 5,000. Were well past that already, as 35,86410people have been seriously injured or killed.
Even though there are nearly 6,000 reported deaths in VAERS, this number is likely seriously compromised. I recently interviewed Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, who has treated COVID patients quite successfully, and we discussed the very distinct possibility that everyone who receives the COVID jab may die from complications in the next two to three years.
He personally knows of 28 COVID jab deaths that were not accepted by VAERS. Zelenko suspects the number of deaths may exceed 100,000 already.
Getting the COVID jab immediately places the injected individual in the very high risk of dying from COVID. Most have the false assurance that they are protected, but in reality, they are far more vulnerable and as a result will not take very aggressive proactive measures to avoid dying from pathogenic priming or paradoxical immune enhancement before it is too late.

European Union In the European Unions database of adverse drug reactions from COVID shots, called EudraVigilance, there were 1,509,266 reported injuries, including 15,472 deaths as of June 19, 2021.11EudraVigilance only accepts reports from EU members, so it covers only 27 of the 50 European countries.
Remarkably, about HALF of all reported injuries 753,657 are listed as serious, meaning the injury is life-threatening, requires hospitalization, results in a medically important condition, significant disability or persistent incapacity.
U.K. The British Yellow Card system had received, as of June 9, 2021, 276,867 adverse event reports following COVID vaccination, including 1,332 deaths.12
Israel According to a report by the Israeli People Committee, a civilian body of health experts, there has never been a vaccine that has harmed as many people.13For example, Israeli data show boys and men between the ages of 16 and 24 who have been vaccinated have 25 times the rate of myocarditis (heart inflammation) than normal.14
(Myocarditis is also affecting teens and young adults in the U.S. Although CDC officials say no confirmed deaths have been reported, at least two deaths have been linked temporally to the vaccine.15,16,17,18,19)
Australia In Australia, two people have died from blood clots after taking AstraZenecas COVID shot. Meanwhile, only one person an elderly woman has died from COVID-19 this year.20,21
If Something Goes Wrong, Youre on Your Own
The pain and suffering these shots have already created is hard to imagine. Clearly, millions around the world have had their lives turned upside down by them. Many may not recover, physically or financially. Its really important to realize that if something goes wrong, youre largely on your own.
Before you make the decision to participate in this unprecedented health experiment, it may be wise to assess your personal insurance and financial ability to handle a serious injury, as pandemic vaccine manufacturers are indemnified against lawsuits. You cannot sue them for damages. Nor can you sue the government or anyone else.
If you are injured by a COVID shot and live in the U.S., your only recourse is to apply for compensation from the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Act (CICP), under whichCOVID-19 vaccinesare a covered countermeasure.22The CICP is run by a sparsely staffed agency under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Details and hyperlinks to benefit request forms can be found in the Congressional Research Services legal sidebar, Compensation Programs for Potential COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries.23You cannot apply for and will not receive compensation from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which covers other vaccines, including the flu vaccine.
Compensation from CICP is very limited and hard to get. In its 15-year history, it has paid out just 29 claims, fewer than 1 in 10.24,25,26You only qualify if your injury requires hospitalization and results in significant disability and/or death, and even if you meet the eligibility criteria, it requires you to use up your private health insurance before it kicks in to pay the difference.
Theres no reimbursement for pain and suffering, only lost wages and unpaid medical bills. This means a retired person cannot qualify even if they die or end up in a wheelchair. Salary compensation is of limited duration, and capped at $50,000 a year. On top of all that, you cannot appeal the CICPs decision. Appeals simply get reviewed by another staff member in the same office.
Can You Afford a COVID Shot Injury?
Even if they can get it, CICP awards are likely to be a drop in the bucket for most people. The average award is $200,000, and death cases are capped at $370,376.27Meanwhile, you can easily rack up a $1 million hospital bill if you suffer a serious thrombotic event.28You must also pay for your own legal help and any professional witnesses you may need to support your claim.
In early June 2021, KRDO news reported29on the case of Kendra Lippy, a 38-year-old woman who had no health complaints prior to getting her Johnson & Johnson shot. Within a week, she developed headaches, abdominal pain and nausea. Her diagnosis: Severeblood clotsthat progressed into multiple organ failure and coma.
She had to have most of her small intestine removed and will need total parenteral nutrition for the rest of her life a feeding method that bypasses her gastrointestinal tract. She was hospitalized for 33 days, including 22 days in the intensive care unit. She now needs occupational and physical therapy to regain basic functions like walking, writing and holding a fork.
Lippys hospital bill already exceeds $1 million, a sum shell likely never be able to pay off, and theres no telling what kind of medical treatment shell need in years to come. Clearly Lippy is headed for bankruptcy, and medical bills are the most common cause in the U.S.
Additional Stipulations That Make Payouts Rare
There are also time stipulations. You must file a request for benefits within one year of the date the vaccine was administered in order to qualify. This is a serious barrier, as serious side effects can take time to develop. For example, after the 2009swine flu pandemic, people started reporting Guillain-Barre syndrome years after getting the pandemic H1N1 vaccine. At that point, they no longer qualified.30
Worst of all, however, is the fact that it is now your responsibility to prove your injury was the direct result of the countermeasures administration based on compelling, reliable, valid, medical and scientific evidence beyond mere temporal association.
In other words, you basically have to prove what the vaccine developer itself has yet to ascertain, seeing how you are part of their still-ongoing study! The CICP is also notoriously secretive about why claims are approved or rejected. As reported by the Insurance Journal, it doesnt release even the most basic details such as the kinds of sicknesses people claim they got from vaccines.31
As of June 1, 2021, 1,360 Americans had sought compensation from the CICP for injuries and deaths arising from pandemic countermeasures, but only 869 were deemed eligible to file a claim.32None has been adjudicated. Professor Peter Meyers, a former director of the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic, who has referred to the CICP as a black hole process,33warns that its a lousy program. He told Life Site News:34
Its a secretive, opaque program whereby some unknown officials within the Department of Health and Human Services will make decisions; we dont know how many people are adjudicating, who they are, or what the process is.
The secrecy means there are no official statistics on the types of injuries people are filing for, or what countermeasure is said to have caused their injury. By the way, vaccines are not the only countermeasures shielded from liability. Hospital treatment errors are shielded too, and we know somehospitals routinely killed patients, whether they had confirmed COVID-19 or not, by placing them on ventilators even when they didnt need it.35
Can You Trust These White-Collar Criminals?
As mentioned, pandemic vaccine makers areshielded from financial liability. The only way you can sue is if you can prove willful misconduct, such as deliberate deception, fraudulent behavior or hiding relevant information. To get around this, vaccine makers may simply not look for certain problems.
The potential for infertility is a perfect example. The spike protein is suspected of havingreproductive toxicity, and Pfizers biodistribution data show it accumulates in womens ovaries.36Despite that, Pfizer did not perform any reproductive toxicology tests. Since they didnt look, they can with a straight face say they didnt know the shot might cause reproductive failure. The thing is, they should have suspected it, and done the tests to make sure.
Already, were seeing signs of reproductive toxicity. Data suggest the miscarriage rate among women who get the COVID vaccine within the first 20 weeks of pregnancy is a whopping 82%. The normal rate is 10%, so this is no minor increase. Infertility will be far more difficult to ascertain, and could take decades.37
In a May 28, 2021, letter to the editor of The New England Journal of Medicine, Drs. Ira Bernstein and Sanja Jovanovic and Deann McLeod, HBSc, of Toronto, pointed this out by highlighting that preliminary safety studies published in the NEJM in April 2021 were in error by including clinically unrecognized pregnancies in them.38
They included adjusted graphs reflecting this, and asked the studys authors to remove the erroneous data but, interestingly, their letter disappeared from the internet the last week of June, although it was still in Wayback archives as of June 27, 2021. Coincidentally, June 17, 2021, the NEJM republished the April study with no explanation as to why it was being republished and with no adjustments to the data.
Considering the criminal history of Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca, its hard to understand how millions of people trust these companies not to lie in order to make a buck. As reported by Life Site News:39
Just three main vaccine makers, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca, have been ordered by state and federal courts to pay a combined more than $8.6 billion in fines to resolve dozens of allegations of criminal and civil misconduct.
Pfizer alone wasfined$2.3 billion the largest such settlement in history, according to the Department of Justice for willfully defrauding and misbranding its drugs that had already been yanked from shelves for their documented dangers.
But for six whistleblowers who brought evidence forward against the company, it may have continued misbranding and selling its dangerous wares.
Weve made a trade-off in America, said Meyers, in giving vaccine manufacturers liability protection to ensure that they will keep making vaccines that, before legal immunity, were bogged down in lawsuit litigation for side effects.
Manufacturers who make cars or ladders or other products can be sued if they are faulty. Vaccine makers have blanket liability to ensure their products are produced, government funding to produce them, ensured government orders for products, government-paid mass-marketing and mandates
The tradeoff seems unfair today because the CICP program is such as flawed program, said Meyers, particularly when vaccine companies are raking in colossal profits (Pfizer is set to haul in $26 billion from its COVID vaccines this year and COVID vaccine manufacturing is churning out billionaires whose annual salaries are multiples of a decade of CICP payouts to dozens of people).
The CICP benefits are stingy compensations, he added, for people who are suffering and waiting in the face of corporate greed and government opacity. Notwithstanding the drug companies criminal records, Meyers thinks they would be crazy to risk misconduct. If it turned out that vaccine makers were actually hiding information on risks of COVID vaccines, he said, it would be a catastrophe.'
Are Government and Big Pharma Guilty of Willful Misconduct?
I dont know about you, but the feeling I get when I look at the cascade of injuries and deaths occurring within days or in many cases mere hours after injection is that something is terribly amiss, and vaccine makers are sweeping it all under the rug. Isnt that willful misconduct? Failing to perform reproductive toxicology tests after they discover that spike protein accumulates in the ovaries isnt that reprehensible willful misconduct?
Continuing to claim that the mRNA stays in the shoulder muscle when they have data showing it gets distributed into virtually all organs in the human body isnt that hiding important information? Isnt that reprehensible willful misconduct?
I would argue that government officials are also guilty of medical maleficence. As noted by Dr.Robert Malone, the inventor of themRNAand DNA vaccine core platform technology,40the most current version of the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) that governs these COVID shots reveals the FDA opted not to require stringent post-vaccination data collection and evaluation, even though they had the power to do so.
Again, if you dont look for injuries, youre unlikely to find them. If theres no robust data collection and review process, they can say the shots are safe and shuttle them through the licensing process far more easily. The problem theyre now facing is that VAERS is getting such an overwhelming number of reports that even if they account for only 10% of actual injuries, or less, its absolutely unmistakable that there are serious problems.
Failing to require vaccine makers to put together a comprehensive system to capture adverse event data is a sign of incompetence at best. But thats not all. The FDA really starts appearing deceitful when refusing to acknowledge that the VAERS reports indicate there are problems.
To call coincidence more than 35,000 times is simply not believable, and to dismiss the risks of permanent disability and death as being worth it is beyond heartless, seeing how we have safe and effective treatments and no one actually needs to gamble their health on an experimental gene therapy.
COVID Shots Are Clearly Riskier Than Advertised
As noted in a June 22, 2021, Wall Street Journal article,41while VAERS cannot tell us whether the shots were causative in any given side effect report, when you see clusters of reports that form a trend, its time to investigate.
Four serious adverse effects that are currently trending are thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), noninfectious myocarditis (heart inflammation), especially in those under 30, deep-vein thrombosis anddeath.42
In order for such effects to be tolerable, even if rare, the vaccine (or drug) would need to be absolutely crucial for survival. Think of a highly infectious pandemic of Ebola, for example something where death is swift and virtually assured, and treatment, once infected, is ineffective.
None of those criteria apply to COVID-19, which has a lethality rate on par with the seasonal flu for all but the elderly and those most frail. The vaccine would also need to be an actual vaccine something that provides immunity. COVID-19 gene therapy injections dont do that either.
Overall, its clear that deaths and injuries from these shots are being swept under the rug, and we cannot allow that to continue. We must keep pushing for transparency, honesty and accountability.

Ive read a number of your articles on Lew Rockwell. It did resonate when you talked about the vaccine not being about the vaccine, but rather weakness among men.
Both of my nephews are enrolled in college, and neither have the desire to get vaccinated.They are currently talking with their pastor to get a religious exemption.I know a lot of other college students must be in the same place, getting significant pressure to acquiesce.
I know demands on your time are great, but have you seen any articles or resources to help them out? Ive been searching Lew Rockwell and the Childrens Health Defense site, but havent seen much to help college students specifically.
I reached out to Prof. Block about the compulsory vaccinations for my nephews.Even if they can get a religious exemption, the question is whether they really want to be part of an institution that is subjecting thousands of young people to an experimental vaccine mandate. Even then, they shouldnt need a religious reason for exemption; they should have the agency to make that personal decision themselves.
Your work reminds me of a John Vervaeke lecture that I recently watched. Prophets arent mystical people; they are the ones in your life that tell you what you are doing wrongtoday, and how you need to get back on track!

I wrote a book called Face Masks in One Lesson, but it could just as easily have been called Vaccines in One Lesson, or Toxic Experimental Covid Shots for the Hopelessly Obedient in One Lesson, because even though the theme is face masks, the solution works for any health mandate, Covid shots included.
The following will work for Covid shots and face masks alike.
1.) Obtain the policy
At the schools you speak of, somewhere there is a written policy on Covid shots. It is not a colorful sign posted at the entrance to the Union, nor is it a big sticker on the automatic doors of the student health center that says mandatory, its a several pages long unattractive legal document that lays out the policy, the consequences, and the exemptions. Someone knows how to access it. One just needs to find out who that is and to convince that person to share it, which is generally speaking not hard.
An email like this could accomplish that:
Dear Dean Skirvin,
I am appreciative for the leadership youve shown over these difficult times.
I am writing to ask for a written copy of the schools vaccine policy, because Im interested in understanding this important policy.
Thank you for your service to our community.

2.) Read the policy
Read the entire thing andunderstand every sentence. If you have trouble with any legalese, useBlacks Dictionary,which is easily accessible online. Somewhere the policy will tell you who doesnt have to take the shot and if there are consequences.
Many, many policies have giant exemptions. Giant. So big that anyone who understands the policy says What was I worried about? If there really are consequences to not taking the vaccine, the consequences can be fought. Perhaps this is something I can address in a separate piece of writing. This piece of writing focuses on how to not get the vaccine.
Someone somewhere gets that these Covid shots are dangerous and they realize theres a difference between actually mandating a vaccine and claiming that you mandate a vaccine. Sheeplike people will not question the latter, while lions do, and appropriately discover how there is always a loophole and that so little is actually mandated in this world.
3.) Identify the exemptions in the policy
Somewhere it tells you who doesnt have to take the shot. Do I consider this policy to be the arbiter of all that is good in the world? Certainly not. Do I see danger in honoring this policy? Yes. Nonetheless, you have a tool at your disposal. Someone crafted that tool for you to use exactly in this way. Use the policy and follow the methods for obtaining exemptions in the policy.
Very few people have read the policy, so dont be shocked if you encounter resistance from people who havent read it. Be gentle with them. Some people have an ego that far exceeds their knowledge, but this does not stop them from touting their great knowledge and applying it with considerable ignorance. Thats all part of life. Ride out the firestorm gracefully and with tact and you will be able to counter that ego.
4.) Invoke a legitimate exemption
If an exemption is important for you to obtain, use a legitimate exemption in the policy and dont waiver from it. Not wavering looks like this:
Student:Im unable to wear a face mask safely and Im unable to take a vaccine safely.
Dean of Socialism, Discredited Science, & Other Forms of Control:Oh, I see we have a troublemaker here. I see you choose to be uncooperative in slowing the spread of this deadly disease that killed my grandmother.
Student:No, I cannot wear a face mask safely and I cannot take a vaccine safely. It is no choice of my own and I am complying fully with the policy.
Dean:But how can you be complying if you are not using these common sense protections?
Student:Please see section 3, paragraph K, subsection 2-1. You will notice there are exemptions.
Dean:Ive never noticed those.
Be silent. Do not say, You havent read the policy you clown, have you? Or do say it, because that would be kind of cool to say, but really, this piece of writing isnt about being cool, its just about being able to go about your life without an ineffective and dangerous experimental Covid shot.
5.) When asked about the specifics of your exemption, decline to answer
Dean:Well, what exactly is wrong with you? You look perfectly normal to me?
Student:Id prefer not to share personal details of that nature. That information is private. Just know that I cannot take a vaccine safely and cannot wear a face mask safely, and based on the policy, I will not be wearing a face mask or taking a shot.
6.) Clarify what the rest of the process will look like
To make sure there is no further trouble, you can ask questions like this.
How can I be sure that no one on staff will harass me over this topic when I am on campus?
Who in leadership can I call directly if Im ever harassed over this clear cut and settled topic?
7.) Live your life normally
A free person living his life normally spreads freedom out to the rest of the world.
Why This Is An Ideal Approach To Health Mandates
I strongly encourage this practice above. At some point your nephews will need to learn to stand up to the world. If they do not they will eventually be made into obedient slaves or grist for the mill.
I strongly discourage your from nephews turning to someone else for help before figuring out the above.

But Dont Ask For Help Until Youve Figured It Out Yourself By Trying The Above
My problem with going to anyone for help is that what ultimately happens is that some people put the matter in the hands of another rather than seeing the other as merely a useful ally.
I dont want your nephews to go to another. I want your nephews to figure it out. After theyve figured it out, if they need more leverage, then its time to bring in more leverage. The people and organizations above are leverage.
In our own lives, each of us can identify our boundaries, communicate our boundaries, and defend our boundaries. Theres no shortcut around that. No one can be considered a fully functioning adult who cannot engage in that most basic level of personal and interpersonal honesty. Sometimes perhaps even many times a day there are people who claim authority to cross your boundaries. They have no such authority unless you grant it to them. A discussion must take place. There is no shortcut around that.
Running from that eventually catches up with a person.
If one must take a stand eventually, why not take that stand in the here and now? The rest of your life will be benefitted by the skills you learn by taking that stand and by the sense of self-ownership that you will walk through the rest of your days with.
Taking a stand on something you care about repays itself many times over and returns interest abundantly with every passing year.
